Luis Garcia

Mr. Garcia is the Assistant Controller of Finance based in Los Angeles. Mr. Garcia is responsible for various finance functions of USRG's private equity funds, including the general partner and portfolio investment holding companies. Prior to joining USRG in 2008, Mr. Garcia was Senior Financial Analyst at Rustic Canyon Partners, a venture capital firm based in Santa Monica, CA. While at Rustic Canyon, Mr. Garcia was responsible for investor reporting, preparing cash flow financial models and financial reports, managing the investments database, and calculating performance metrics for six venture capital funds. Mr. Garcia also led the implementation of a new Venture Database that allowed for more efficient investment tracking, investment performance reporting and online financial reporting for Limited Partners.

Mr. Garcia holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
